Visitors can purchase exclusive, customized merchandise that becomes even more special through interactive digital content, real-time updates, and event-related information.

Tailoor’s solution ensures advanced sales management, from product configuration to shipping, with integrated customer service. Additionally, visitors will have the option to purchase premium tickets that include personalized phygital merchandise, delivering a unique and immersive experience that starts long before the event itself.

The product configuration platform, the digital twin technology applied to each gadget, and merchandising sales will be managed through the official Parco Gondar website. In the future, the offering will expand to include exclusive merchandise collections for sponsored events, premium tickets, and much more.
